I Didn’t Stop Growing Just Because I Stopped Writing
Hello Bold Coffee Community,
It’s been a little while since I sat down and put my thoughts here..and for a moment, I almost felt like I needed to explain the silence. But I don’t. Life was still happening. I was still learning. Still changing. Still letting go of things that no longer felt like me. Still dreaming about what comes next. Still becoming.
Sometimes growth is loud. It looks like announcements, big decisions, new beginnings, and visible wins..and sometimes growth happens quietly. In the conversations you stop entertaining. In the boundaries you no longer feel guilty for setting.
In the way you recover faster from things that once would have completely undone you. In the moment you realize you don’t need everyone to understand the woman you’re becoming.
Maybe that’s where I’ve been. Not absent. Just living.
I’m learning that I don’t have to constantly prove that I’m healing, growing, or moving forward. Some chapters are meant to be experienced before they’re explained. So I’m coming back to this journal differently. Not because I have everything figured out. But because I have more to say. More life to live. More dreams to chase. More laughter to make room for.
More versions of myself I haven’t met yet..and maybe this season isn’t about rebuilding anymore.
Maybe it’s about finally enjoying the life I worked so hard to rebuild.
So here’s the question I’m asking myself today:
What would my life look like if I stopped waiting for the next chapter…and started fully living this one?
With all my love,
