When Did We Become So Afraid of Changing Our Minds?

Good morning, Bold Coffee Talk community!

Can we normalize saying, “I changed my mind” without attaching a five-paragraph explanation to it?

Maybe you wanted the promotion and now you don’t. Maybe the friendship you fought to keep no longer fits. Maybe the dream you had at 40 isn’t the dream you want at 52.

Changing your mind doesn’t automatically mean you quit, failed, or couldn’t handle it. Sometimes you simply learned something about yourself that you didn’t know before.

We’re allowed to make decisions with the information we have today—not stay loyal to choices made by an older version of ourselves.

What have you changed your mind about lately that actually feels right for you now?

Give yourself room to reconsider. Growth occasionally comes with an eraser.
