Boundaries, Boldness & Worldview
Whew! Its been a world wind of events..
I’ve been blessed to travel the world again lately — new places, new people, new perspectives.
But no matter where I go, one lesson keeps following me: the importance of honoring my boundaries.
As women, we’re taught that standing up for ourselves is “too aggressive” or that setting limits is “being mean.”
But here’s what I know now — how I represent myself to others is how they learn to treat me.
Validation doesn’t have to come from outside applause.
It comes when you choose YOU.
When you say “no” with clarity.
When you walk away without guilt.
When you speak up and realize your silence isn’t serving your soul.
Travel reminds me: We are not made to be small.
We are made to take up space — in rooms, in conversations, in our own lives.
This season, I’m choosing to show up boldly and keep my boundaries intact — no matter where in the world I am.
And I hope you’re doing the same.
